  This branch amazes me. Now that the downtown branch office is closed and this is the only one available you would think they would be more customer service focused .... but alas NO. Twice no less I was simply wanting to ask if they had their yearly desk calendars available and there had to be no less than fifteen people in line waiting and only two tells working. There wasn't one other person visible anywhere. There is no customer service desk at all. And not only that, both tellers saw me waiting just to ask a question and ignored me completely. Needless to say I left. Others that were coming out of the branch commented "good luck getting served in a reasonable time". Why anyone banks with RBC at this branch is beyond me.

  This branch Especially. The Egos in there are so High up. Called and waited 38 mins on the phone to talk to someone....I ended up giving up. This is also their own mistakes I'm trying to help them fix. Can't talk to anyone about anything here...

  Worst bank branch in orillia. Not do your finances here. I have large amounts of funds in my RBC account I can’t even withdraw my F**king my money without being asked “where did you get your money from”. Plus there customer service is Horrible. Ever since they closed the downtown branch. Anyways I closed my RBC account and when to td instead. I am very displeased with the service I received from RBC. So please take your finances/money somewhere else!!!
