  I have bought several bikes and accesories here. Ron is very knowledgeable. Good shop with good product. Tough business to be in but Velocity has been morphing with the demand and supply.

  Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought a Norco Storm with a BionX 250PL electric bike kit in October 2014 from Ron during a store wide renovation sale. The store did NOT disclose that the BionX kit was old stock, had been sitting in their basement for at least 2 years if not longer, & the reason they were willing to sell the bike & kit together was the BionX bike kit was discontinued by the manufacturer; had that information been disclosed by the store or on the manufacturer's website, I would have NEVER even considered buying it! Ever since the bike was sold till the warranty was up, Ron was a total pain to deal with, extremely negative, & just a extremely shady, scam-artist type. I refuse to deal with him ever again; his product line is inferior, & he doesn't do repairs properly. Take your business elsewhere, Ron Spencer does NOT deserve your money AT ALL!

  A great place to buy a bike, get service or just some friendly biking advice. The knowledge of the staff is excellent and they will always be able to figure things out. Support your local bike shop!
