    Expensive. Unfriendly customer service. Don't do a kids birthday party here.

    Called for information about bowling could not hear well, customers services not pleasant and the man who answered was like he didn't have time to answer questions.If timing, staff is a issue please at least be pleasant and post on web site for all the hours of league ,regular, bowling and glow in the dark.Having family rates or children rates would be helpful for first time bowlers and would promote this sport...Just saying this would be good business..Have a nice day.

    I haven't bowled in decades... Rainbow Lanes is such a great bowling alley that I shall return again next week. The facility is top notch, it's immaculately kept, the prices are reasonable, the tunes are great, and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly.

    I have been coming to orrillia bowl for over 6 months and I love it super happy and helpful staff as well as a simply delightful atmosphere I love coming here and I will continue to love coming here....ps BEST POUTINES EVER!!!!
