  Never an apology. They always- always - make it feel like it is the customers fault for their slow service.

  Food is fine...service is sometimes unreliable. Clean restaurant. Prices have gone way up. The only thing I like is the Angus burger and without a coupon it's outrageous.

  This used to be my favourite McDonald's until today. Total chaos. The printers in the kiosks don't work. The two guys making drinks can't tell the difference between small and medium cups. People waiting for their orders have no idea of the order numbers because the printers don't work. It took at least 20 minutes to get our order of two coffees with two muffins. And the place is full of screaming kids. The two stars are for what this place used to be. Today's score would be closer to -10.

  This resteraunt is a hit or miss. Sometimes I go there and they are fast and get the order right and everything is great. Other times I go and they are extremely slow for no apparent reason and they mess up the order when the resteraunt is not busy

  My wife and I took our 3 kids for lunch.... We obviously had our hands full, and one of the staff took the receipt from my wife and provided us table service so we could both stay with the kids as they played in the play house... I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!! This was the absolute last thing I expected from McDonald's.
