  I emailed Orillia Hyundai inquiring about a 2018 Santa Fe Sport. James Paterson, internet manager, responded very quickly addressing all of my questions. I went to the dealership and met James and test drove a Santa Fe. He was fantastic! His knowledge on the vehicle was very extensive and he was very patient with my many questions I had. James' customer service is top of the line and I would recommend anyone looking at a Hyundai go and meet with him. He will ensure you are completely satisfied and when you drive away with your new vehicle you feel like a very valued customer. He followed up 2 days after my purchase to ensure everything was great and to see if I had any further questions. Very happy with my new Santa Fe!!

  Josh Buchanan helped me buy my first car! He was super helpful making sure I bought a car that fitted my lifestyle. Also he stayed within my budget. He was ever so kind, he called me after a few weeks to make sure I still loved the car! And booked all my service appointments for me!

  I was in last month to test drive some vehicles and had an amazing experience! A sales rep named Cody quickly greeted me and offered some helpful advice on different vehicles based on our family needs. Cody really knew the ins and outs of the vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. Cody was not too pushy and made me feel comfortable. He truly seems to care about matching the right person to the right vehicle and was not just worried about making a sale. I would recommend Orillia Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle and definitely make sure you ask to speak with Cody when you get there!

  Visited Orillia Hyundai in spring 2016 in hopes of purchasing a second vehicle for my fiance. Josh Buchanan was our salesman and from our first step in the door he made us feel at ease with this new, exciting and somewhat nerve-racking venture. He listened to our needs and wants and helped us make the right choice. We ended up with a family friendly and reliable car that didn't break the bank. Josh made sure to also introduce us to the rest of the members of the team that we would be dealing with throughout our purchase and made the transition very quick and painless. Whenever my fiance and I come in for services he is all quick to greet us and check in to see how we have been. The entire dealership has a great atmosphere and we will definitely be back for any future purchases.

  I recommend Orillia Hyundai to everyone. Great experience as a customer. The whole team is super professional. Very warm and positive atmosphere created by people who know what they are doing . A person who really stand out by doing above and beyond is Mr. Sal Scavuzzo. (service department manager)
