  Excellent experience with the service department of this dealership. They are always curtious, and they appear to be very honest. For eg I just went in to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and I asked if they could look at my arm rest that is making a lot of noise when leaning on it. They didn't charge me for the analysis, and they told me that nothing could be done about it for free, when they could've charged me.

  MUST READ IF DEALING WITH SALES: I went in to ask them a simple question about a new vehicle that I just bought, hoping someone could explain it to me. I walked in to 4 people staring at me, I asked my question and they all...but mainly Curtis Barnum LAUGHED AT ME then blew off my question. I was so shocked I said okay and left in tears. All of them thought that it was okay to laugh and not answer my question, ideally someone should have followed and said that's not how we treat our customers I will find someone to come show you and help you. I try to learn about my car and that's what happens.

  After my question I was going to buy a full set of mats/covers for my car...but I took my $2000+ and went to another dealership. I will never return or deal with them again, they made me feel like an idiot which no one should ever feel like. I drove over to Mazda right when I left, saying that this may be a dumb question and that Honda just laughed at me for asking but if they could explain it that would be great, the guy grabbed his coat and spent 10 minutes explaining/showing everything to me.

  The Honda service department on the other hand is friendly and has serviced my vehicle quick and with a smile in the past.

  TERRIBLE service from the service department. The middle aged man there talked to my wife and I like we were children. Said we needed over $800 worth of work done on our car when everything was fine.(we had it checked out by another Honda dealership.) Will never return there and wouldn't recommend it to my mortal enemies. Do youself a favor stay clear.

  Love my Honda service centre! Everyone is friendly and helpful. My car is well maintained by them. Don't open your hood to strangers and your Honda will go to +500k!!!
