  my mom went there today and they were rude gave her a bunch of attitude and tried telling her that you are not allowed to work on your own car because you have to be a licensed mechanic to work on cars, I do not recommend anyone going to this garage there a bunch a of con artist

  DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED PARTS BUT YOU DONT!!!! THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY BALL JOINTS AND THE CAR ALMOST CRASHED. DONT SAY YOU HAVENT BEEN WARNED!!!!!! Their mechanics are the worst around thats why they work there. Straight out of school. No experience.

  Counter staff were amazing, super friendly and made it a very comfortable experience. The garage staff seemed knowledgeable and let me know what was wrong and went out of his way to say he could fix it, if I wanted. Highly recommend this place.

  Finding a place to get your car serviced or repaired can be difficult as a female, especially as a young adult. When I first got my car, there were times when I was charged more or told I needed something when I didn’t – not realizing it until too late. Tom at Meinke in Orillia is great! He tells me what I need to know, tells me what things can wait, and what things are important for safety. He clearly explains what they are doing to my car and why. I have never been treated any differently than any other customer. My family have all started to go there (some who know cars better than I do) and also agree that they are great!
