  very happy with work done. dr collins tells it like it is, if you have problems he doesn't sugar coat anything and tells you what needs to be done. i think thats why some people weren't happy.

  Looking for Professionalism, Great Attitudes and Reassurance during Dental Procedures? Then look no further than this Dentistry. Every staff member here is well trained in their respective profession and overall great. I found all the people, from the front desk to the chair very positive, professional and extremely good at their jobs. I am a born scaredy-cat when it comes to dental procedures and Dr. Collins was assuring in his manner and skill and very good at keeping me out of pain during my procedure. I highly recommend attending this Dentistry and cannot say how much I appreciate all the staff here. If you need something done - don't wait!

  Outstanding! After a botched root canal I was referred to Dr. Jerry Collins to fix it. I was scared of the surgery, but he was very kind, friendly and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me, was gentle and did an excellent job which caused no pain. Unlike other reviews, I did not feel like he rushed. He is truly skilled. Also, the staff were awesome and the office was flexible about payment. West Ridge Family Dentistry also offers nitrous oxide if you are nervous. Highly recommend!

  I agree that Dr. Collins rushes his work. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and was under sedation but when he was on my last tooth I woke up out of sedation and passed out cause how how painful it was. I have one more procedure and after that I will be going to find a new dentist. My experience with staff in reception has been excellent, so far no complaints. One final comment on Dr. Collins is the emediate change in attitude towards myself when it came to explaining my financial situation and that was to find a a finanical plan that would work best for me because I am on a tight budget as I am a college student, his attitude turned to I wasnt as important as other clients who could afford. The only other thing I do not like is when you go in for a check up and its for 2 hours and unfortunately I don't have 2 hours to sit and wait while he trys to squeeze in ad many clients as possible. Just from pervious experiences I didn't see the point in seeing a hygienist which costs me $200 for them to take 2mins out of their day to explain to me how to brush my teeth, I refused and Dr.Collins got annoyed with me and I said that's two bad because once I get all my dental work done he was gonna send me to the hygienist AGAIN. I told him I know how to brush my teeth unfortunately living with depression and anxiety its harder to be able to take care of your self but I know how to brush my teeth I just wish they would stop tricking people into doing some of these procedures more than what is needed
