  Attended to return an item. Unfortunately I had misplaced the receipt but they still exchanged the item as I put it on my credit card and they had record of it. Good customer service makes you want to go back. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would go back for future items and assistance.

  I find very seldom anymore can you go out to a retail store and get good customer service Without being all about money for the business. over the last three months including Christmas my husband and I spent a lot of money at this Best Buy in Orilla ,

  My first time ever being in a best buy, and I have to say it was a great experience. The workers on the floor saught you out, and asked if you needed help! Offered great advice and tips..or brought you someone who could help. Very Friendly, courteous...some if the best deals i have seen!!!

  I went there last Friday to purchase an iPad 9.7 for my husband for his birthday ,I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism . my sales person Chris was absolutely amazing very helpful very thoughtful and very diligent on getting me what I wanted .

  Went to best buy today had issue with lap top I bought a few mounts ago a you man named Chris helped me and made me feel very contrfullable took care of my issue and a few other was a good experience the service was outstanding
