  Not very clean; cramped, and untidy. The garbage is overflowing and it seems they don't care of anyone wipes down the equipment since paper towel dispensers are mostly empty. They are cheap on the a/c as well. I used the one in Barrie originally and that place was excellent. This one pales in comparison.

  - the cleaner always there at the busiest times. He also closes the washroom than starts walking around and taking to people.

  everyone complains about something such as no showers, music not Lough enough, people nog cleaning equipment after. its not that big of a deal when you think about how much your paying. i mean if u paid 40-60 and didint have tanning or massages for free then these would be reasonable complaints, but for a black card with free tanning and massages, you really can't complain.

  Staff are friendly but just don't seem to care. I see some members are not wiping equipment after use (great for staph infection). Refill paper towels dispensers please. As a petite women I shouldn't have to ask for weights left on machines as well as floors to be removed . Members not removing outside footwear so floors get wet. " Simple solution " staff should walk the gym floor more and speak up say something.

  Love the atmosphere and the equipment selection, not a fan of the lack of free wifi but that doesn't qualify as a complaint in my eyes.
