  This Downtown Orillia pet store has a great selection of pet food, treats and accessories. They have the best selection of birds in town. They have fish, reptiles and rodents. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in the downtown area it is a one stop pet shop.

  Friendly staff, cute location. I have a picky shepherd/ Rottweiler mix in which the cashier recommend a treat for and she loved it :)

  This store is absolutely ridiculous. Such rude staff, and unprofessionally dressed to begin with. When I went in to speak to the owner, a woman there told me she was the owner however on google reviews the owner is Kyle Knapp? The staff in this store needs to be taught how to speak to customers politely. There is a way to show customer service and this store is greatly lacking. When I went to express my concern about their rudeness the response I got was 'yeah? So?'. Any employee responding to any customer in this manner anywhere is unacceptable. Ridiculous.

  Prices are a bit steep, but they have lots of neat pets. They take care of the animals. There is a large selection of food, toys and accessories for all types of animals. May I suggest the staff being provided with uniforms? I was unable to tell who were customers and who were staff, as they blended in with everyone.

  The staff and owners of Dave's Pets & Supplies truly love animals. They are professional, caring and passionate about pets (both furry and non-furry!!). I would highly recommend them to anyone.
