  Plumber Allan came 2 h late! Price was changed from $249 to $299 over night! Came without proper equipment and after 15 min told that his plumbing snake is too short and we need to call another plumber.

  "Nick Gillespie was not ever a costumer of ours. He is a tenant of a customer of ours. This costumer was very happy with the work done at their building, but not very happy with this super demanding tenant. The work preformed at this location was the installation of an oil separator, sump pit , pump and all ancillary piping and venting. The job went well and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering the complexity of this install."

  The worst thing is that he wanted that we pay in full him and another plumber! Double full price! When we refused he got angry, aggressive, left everything dissassembeled and when removed plumbing snake created mess all over the kitchen, even on the upper cabinets!

  I wish there was a place for zero stars. Saturday night and my bathtub won't drain. I tried 3 times to get a plumber here from the company I normally use and no technician called me back so I tried Sanders. He answered the call right away but when I told him what the problem is he said it is not an emergency (I could hear what sounded like a tavern in the background) and that he would come maybe tomorrow if I still have the problem. Seriously? Tough to get a decent plumber in Orillia on a Saturday night I guess. I have people here needing showers for work/college tomorrow morning!! Nobody in the plumbing industry seems to care!
