    We called CAA to help us get the truck moved from a clear, but icy driveway. The driver spent 15 minutes criticizing us for not having our driveway regularly sanded. He said the flat bed would get stuck as well, and if they sent a tow truck, it might get stuck too, and then we would be in real trouble. What kind of attitude is that?
