  This kind of bicycle shop is what I'm looking for and I was right. Two pro cyclists run fantastic service/guide for my wife's bicycle and other needs. Nice location by the lake and awesome trails and you could rent bicycle all 4 season and enjoy riding. My boss(wife) likes her bike. Thumbs up!

  I am obviously biased but have always used Tristan and Jacob for my mechanical needs and cycling advice. They have always given me fantastic customer service and have always been able to help me. Their love and passion for the sport comes out in their work and I hope you all get to experience it!

  These guys are really good, & VERY honest! They won't steer you wrong, & are extremely helpful in making sure you get exactly what you need....and nothing more! Even if that means you don't need to buy a new bike. I have known Jacob & Tristan from when they used to work for other bike shops in town, in fact Tristan sold me the bike I presently have now in 2014. I can honestly say, The Crank & Sprocket should be your FIRST choice in Orillia to do business with. Tristan has helped me so much over the years, & I cannot thank him enough.

  Last Saturday my son took me to The Crank and Sprocket to buy a new bike. What a great shopping experience. Tristan, one of the owners, took some time and patiently explained the differences between the 3 models we looked at, invited me to take each one for a spin outside and answered a number of questions my son had regarding the bikes. After choosing one we left for a coffee to let the staff get my bike ready. What a nice surprise when we went back to find that a new water bottle and holder and a kick stand had been added along with the back rack we had asked for. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable service added up to a very satisfying visit to The Crank and Sprocket...thank you Gentlemen

  I was in Orillia for a triathlon and was hoping to find a place to store my bike after the race while we vacationed at a nearby resort. I called the store and talked with Tristan. He was great and allowed me to store my bike at their shop. To top it off, when we picked up my bike a week later, Tristan stayed open late as we were delayed and we could not make it to his shop before closing time. It was a great experience!
