  Very understanding and accommodating staff. We're late seventies, not tech savvy, were helped through our purchase without being belittled or pressured. Good selection of product. Very knowledgeable staff. Kudos to "Adam" for his patience and "Adrian" for his skill in eliciting our needs and fulfilling them completely. Recommend the group (and the store) highly.

  Best Customer Service!! We were in need of a new computer. The first store we went to, didn't have the one we came for, but rather than explain key tips to finding the computer right for us...all we got was sale pitches for extended warranties, etc. We left that store and went to Staples. Wonderful helpful ladies there. I learned a few things, and left the store with my purchase. No sales bullying....just very friendly, helpful , knowledgeable employees. Now I know which store to visit first for our technical needs.

  Only negative in my opinion is the sparse variety of desks and office chairs displayed in store.

  Clean, well organized store, very helpful staff. Highly recommend visiting this store if you have any questions about technology. Has everything you would need for a home or work office, as well as some laptops and prebuilt desktops. They have a decent selection of desktop parts and portable storage media as well. Great selection of desks and office chairs online, and you can order in store and have it delivered to your home. Purolator and Xpress Post pick up points are in store, as well as an area to get copying done.

  They make false allegations against people my brother was detained by the police because they tried to blame him for shop lifting even tho he didn't and even the cop watching the video agreed that it doesn't look like my brother took any thing and was let go but the fact he was detained by the police in hand cuffs in the back of the police car due to there false allegations Me and my family are never shopping here again and warn people who do to be careful this does not happen to you. The cops were polite and were just doing there job but staples has lost some customers over this .

  Worthy of note is the easy to use touchscreen terminal close to the entrance, that allows you to see the entire Staples catalogue online and in store. You can order items directly from the terminal to pick up later on, which is very helpful if you need something you cannot find in the store.
