  The staff at check-out seemed aloof and a bit rude. They are a but judging and I was disappointed with their inability to properly pack a cart. I hope they can get better as I like shopping costco.

  A friend was in the store on the first day and saw a supervisor take away the servers drink from her work station and throw it in the garbage. What right does this person have to throw someones personal stuff in the garbage.

  I was disgusted at how the sample food staff were treated by their supervisors. One lady was talking very rude to the servers, while another supervisor was openly spying on the servers. Give me a break! They are serving samples not handling gold bullion! A little power hungry?

  Opening day impressions for these handicapped women were wonderful. People from all over North America were helping to open in style. Beautiful accents were heard everywhere offering to help find things for everyone. More like a party atmosphere. Carts were beautiful. Electric carts were plentiful too. When we go to the Gas bar a lovely lady said "i can fill that for you! I was shocked. She says she helps all the handicapped to get there gas without leaving their cars! We were in Heaven and went home and told everyone in Parry Sound about the wonderful treatment we got in the new store. But, then we went back yesterday.. Electric Carts have to be registered in AND out. Still free but now more fussing. Then the gas bar. Self serve only. You can get help if you are having trouble but you still ahve to struggle out of the car anyway. Poo Poo Costco. Coulda, shoullda do better after all the wait time we put in waiting for you to open!!! Still returning to shop, just a little sadder

  The new store is laid out very nice, some of the staff seemed very rude, I'm sure the stress of the new store is overwhelming. I was dressed in dirty coveralls as I'm a mechanic working the day I was there, so I was judged by my appearance.
